Agentic Creative is an independent creative team. This policy explains what information this website handles and how a booking is made.

What this site collects

The pages themselves do not ask you to create an account, and they do not run advertising or analytics trackers. If you only browse, we do not ask for your name, email address, or payment details.

When you book a call

The booking calendar is the live Agentic Creative scheduler hosted by Cal.com at cal.com/agenticcreative/audit. If you book, Cal.com collects the details you submit there, such as your name, email address, the time you choose, and any notes you add. That information is used to schedule and hold the conversation. Cal.com processes it under its own privacy policy.

How that information is used

• To confirm, reschedule, or follow up on the audit call you requested.
• To understand the idea you want to discuss.
• To keep a record of the booking you made.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use the booking form to build an advertising profile.

How long it is kept

Booking details are kept for as long as needed to hold the call and any follow-up you ask for, and then for a reasonable period so we can refer back to what was discussed. You can ask us to delete a booking record by using the same calendar or the contact options on the site.

Cookies

This website does not set analytics or advertising cookies. The embedded calendar is loaded from Cal.com, which may set cookies needed to run the scheduler. Those cookies are controlled by Cal.com.

The site

The site describes how Agentic Creative approaches websites and digital experiences. Project examples, feedback, and ratings shown on the homepage are illustrative. They are not claims about a specific client, and they are not a promise that your project will look or perform the same way.

Booking a call

Choosing a time on the calendar requests a conversation. It does not by itself create a paid engagement, a delivery date, or an obligation to start work. Scope, fees, and timing are agreed separately after that conversation. Please give accurate contact details so the booking can be confirmed.

Your content

You keep ownership of the ideas and materials you share. You allow us to use what you send only to prepare for and hold the conversation you booked, unless we later agree in writing to a project.

Our content

The site design, text, and original artwork belong to Agentic Creative unless a credit says otherwise. You may not copy them for your own commercial site or present them as your work.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site or the calendar. That includes attempting to break the page, sending unlawful or harmful material, or booking time you do not intend to attend.

Availability

The site and the calendar are provided as available. A time slot can change, a page can be updated, and a booking tool can be briefly unavailable. We will try to offer another time if a confirmed call cannot go ahead.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Agentic Creative is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or from a scheduling conversation. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes

We may update these policies as the site changes. The date at the top of this page is the current version. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the updated terms.
